MICHAEL B. FALLA, CPA
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Mr. Falla has been involved with financial management in the real estate field for over 40 years. From 1981 to 1992 he served as Controller for a Washington, DC area property management firm dealing in residential and commercial property management.
Mr. Falla was responsible for establishing and developing accounting policies and procedures as well as financial reporting. His experience also included preparation of corporate and partnership tax returns, formulating mid-year and annual budget analyses and projections, and other functions integral to general real estate investment. He also conceived, researched and established that company’s entire accounting system and the internal control. In addition to his CPA, Mr. Falla holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Management and a Masters Degree in Accounting.
